General Submission FAQs

Clear answers to help you lock in the perfect listing.

  • Are payments secure? How do you handle my billing details?

Your payment is 100% secure. All transactions are securely processed directly through Stripe, a global leader in online payments. We never see, store, or collect your credit card or sensitive billing information on our servers.

  • What is the difference between a Free Submission and Pro Fast-Track?

Free submissions go into a review queue and typically take 14–21 days to go live. Pro Fast-Track skips the queue to go live within 72 hours and unlocks premium exposure features, including Top-8 homepage rotation, featured status, and a dofollow link back to your store.

  • Will my pack stay on the directory forever if I choose the free option?

Yes. Both free and Pro listings are permanent. Once your free submission passes our quality filter and goes live, it stays indexed in the directory forever.

  • What does the "Top-8 rotation" mean?

Pro listings are added to our premium display pool, giving your pack a rotating spot on the front page and top-level category headers where traffic is highest.

  • Is there a limit to how many preset packs I can submit?

No, there is absolutely no limit to your submissions. However, please note that every pack requires a separate listing (e.g., 3 packs = 3 listings). You are welcome to mix and match based on your catalog—if you have a free pack, you can submit a free listing, and if you have a premium pack, you can fast-track it with a Pro listing.

  • Why should I list my work on VitalSynth.com?

We do the heavy lifting so you don't have to farm for cheap clicks. Because 100% of our traffic is composed of active music producers explicitly looking for Vital assets, your packs are placed directly in front of a highly targeted buying audience. It is the fastest way to build authority, gain high-quality SEO backlinks, and get your sounds into real tracks.

  • Can I submit both free and paid preset packs?

Yes. We accept both free and commercial premium packs. Our goal is to catalog the best resources for Vital creators, regardless of their price point.

  • Is the Pro Fast-Track fee a subscription?

No. It is a flat, one-time fee of $7.99 per pack. Your listing remains on the directory permanently with no recurring charges or hidden renewal fees.

  • What exactly is a "Dofollow link"?

A dofollow link tells search engines like Google that our directory trusts your store. This passes valuable SEO authority ("link juice") directly to your website, helping your store rank higher in organic search res

  • Can I update my store links or checkout path after my pack is live?

Yes. If you migrate your store, change your Gumroad path, or update your landing page URL, you can submit a link change. Pro Fast-Track members skip the ticket line to get their links swapped immediately with priority support. Free tier updates are subject to standard queue review times.

  • Do you take a commission or cut from my listing sales?

No, we do not take any percentage or commission from the sales generated through your listing. Your revenue is 100% yours. To help keep this directory running, we may occasionally swap out your standard store URL with a valid affiliate link if your platform supports it.

  • What are your quality standards, and what happens if my submission is rejected?

We manually review every submission to ensure it functions perfectly and delivers genuine value to the Vital community. If a pack fails to meet our quality standards, it will not be listed. For Pro Fast-Track submissions, if your pack is rejected for any reason, you will receive a full, immediate refund.
